Breathing is the bridge between body and mind. Lengthening your exhale activates the parasympathetic response and helps release tension.

Practice 4-6 breathing: inhale through the nose for 4 counts, exhale for 6 counts. Keep shoulders relaxed and jaw soft. Repeat for 5 minutes to downshift stress.

Combine with light aerobic movement for a balanced routine that improves mood and resilience.
